The situation in Serbia

We asked Jelena Stefanović, National compo High inactivity rate, especially in women, and brain drain. The total unemployment rate is decreasing but on the other side number of the working active population is also decreasing with still a high rate of the population who is inactive for many reasons (sick, education, demotivated, NEET). The goal is to try to tickle inactive persons and NEET categorie and provide short training programs – developing skills in demand, upskilling, and reskilling programs.
